Tilak Mehta is a ordinary child since 12 but
He is now a Self - Made Entrepreneur and  controls 200 employee. 






  • A 13 years old Mumbai City boy who founded a company called  'Papers N Parcels'.  Which is also said OLa and UBer of courier services.








  • Studying in Suburban  School  in Class VII  and used to attempt his school all day like other teenagers. But At the point he is different from other teenagers is because he becomes a Successful Entrepreneur  at the age of 13 only.









  1. HOW   HE    HAD   THE      IDEA    OF    STARTUP     COMES     FROM  ?





  • The  idea started  when he  wanted his books from his uncle's house to him, which is in another end  of the city and he needed urgently.



  • When his father  came  home  from his office, he asked him to parcel it but his father laughed and said that it becomes much costly than these books.  FROM THAT HE GETS AN IDEA OF STARTUP.







  1. His idea is of having a startup in which they carry  papers and other  small parcels  for Mumbai  for assured intra- day deliver srtuck (Means Delivery in Same day ).







  • Tilak's uncle Mr. Ghanashyam  Parekh quit his banker job to help in Tilak's startup  and he joins as the CEO of the company.







  • Tilak is a budding  entrepreneur (bussiness man) founded a logical startup and sold the idea of banker. And He has also roped with Dabbawala's  of the city to help them with the last miles distribution products.





  • 'Paper N Parcels' main moto is have a digital disruption  in the space of door to door  courier  pickup and deliver services.


Their is a APP (Application) for bussiness run.


  • Tilak already employs 200 workers on its own and 300 Dabbawala partners, whom it is handling up to  1,200 deliveries daily in Mumbai cities.








  • PNP (Paper N Parcel) is also open for strategic tie-ups with companies like Swiggy if there is any possible synergy.




  • Dabbawala's earning is 10,000 a month  by becoming partners of PNP .



  • The Dabbawalas will mostly be handling the last mile delivery for PNP after finishing their day's work




  • At present time , the PNP company is paying a fixed amount of salaryto every Dabbawala partner but will shift to per delivery basis soon






  • Papers N Parcels (PNP) is my dream and I will work to ensure that the business becomes big,” By Tilak Mehta.






  • Any customer can log on to the app and place an order for a delivery. PNP has a defined area of operation connected by the city’s famed train network, with a hub at Dadar in central Mumbai. It handles parcels of up to three kg and charges ₹40-180 per parcel depending on the weight.
